Community Indonesia Young Entrepreneurship (IYE) will hold exhibitions of different products produced by its members titled Young Entrepreneurs Expo 2009 on 7-9 August 2009 in the FX-Mazee Sudirman, Senayan, Jakarta.
Activities aimed to facilitate the community members IYE interact with one another at the same time expanding their networks not only among members but also with the general public, said Budi Dewobroto, Chairman of the Committee of Young Entrepreneurs Expo 2009, in Jakarta on Wednesday.
He explained during this IYE members only interact via electronic mail (mailing list) so that marketing their products is limited to fellow community members only.
With this exhibition, he said, it is expected that the members IYE can directly exchange ideas and discussions that occurred in this event. So, they can also contribute to positive business development for their own.
Budi said akan memajang 20-30 exhibition booth for the participants to promote their products. Some of the works that will be displayed among other garments, women's accessories, bags, shoes and food.
Meanwhile, one of the penggagas community IYE, Christopher Emille, estimate the exhibition will attract around an 1,000-person per day with a turnover around Rp500juta up to Rp1 billion per day.
Add Christopher Young Entrepreneurs Expo 2009 is also expected to motivate the youth of Indonesia to the entrepreneurship menjajal.
